History of the farm and producer
Bryan Smith is the embodiment of passion and vision, he is a young entrepreneur with a deep love for coffee growing. From a very young age, Bryan was attracted by the aromas, flavors and traditions surrounding coffee. However, as he delved deeper into this world, he began to notice a recurring problem in his native region, southern Huila: the difficulty faced by coffee growers in marketing their differentiated and high-quality coffees.
With an entrepreneurial spirit and a clear vision, Bryan decided it was time to change the course of traditional coffee growing and take his region’s specialty coffees to a new level. Bryan not only focuses on the production and marketing of high-quality coffees, but also seeks to create a network of collaboration and support among coffee growers in the region.
It is a life project that reflects Bryan’s commitment to excellence and innovation. Through strategic alliances with numerous coffee growers in southern Huila, Bryan has managed to build a community that shares a common goal: to produce high-quality specialty coffees in larger volumes. He is dedicated to educating both producers and consumers about the importance of specialty coffee, highlighting sustainable farming techniques, traceability, and the meticulous care required to produce an exceptional cup of coffee.
